Strategies for conquering “Scanxiety”--defined as anxiety before, during, or after medical scans. Alana Yanagida, LCSW, Behavioral Health Therapist at Inova Seville Cancer Screening and Prevention Center, will share practical tools to manage the stress and worry surrounding cancer screenings. With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, Alana helps individuals navigate cancer risk, screening, and prevention, focusing on empowerment, resilience, and whole-person wellness.
